Goods once purchased, cannot be cancelled.
No returns or exchanges or resale.
Returns & Exchange Policy:
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are not accepted.
• To aid with your purchase decision, each product has been listed with multiple pictures, details on dimensions and other relevant information. Please go through all of these details before placing an order with us. Feel free to reach out for any additional information required. Hence these concerns will not be considered as a valid reason for return/replacement/exchange after you receive the product.
• In case of damages incurred at the time of delivery, you will have to send us a picture of the product along with order details within the same day of delivery.
• Post verification and confirmation from our team, the product needs to be sent back to us using reputed courier service within 3 working days. Shipping charges to return any item are at customers expense.
• If the damage is irreversible, we will offer a you a free replacement of the same piece depending on the availability. If not, you can choose any other item of the same value.
