One Year Repair & Polish Warranty
Our products are covered with a 1-year warranty from the day of purchase and when used under normal conditions.
Plating and stone setting is covered under the warranty. Any breakage due to mishandling or exposure to chemicals / water is not covered under warranty.
To make a claim, please reach out to us at info@esmastore@.com, with your order details and description of the damage. Please include photographs which can help us speed up the process.
50% Lifetime Exchange Policy
We offer a 50% lifetime exchange policy on our jewellery.
This policy is applicable only on certain collections. The offer entails that you at any point can exchange the piece with us for another one of our products worth 50% of the original piece’s value (Invoice value in the bill excluding the GST value). The new product should be equal to or greater than the previous invoice value to avail this exchange.
This policy is only valid if the original copy of the invoice has been maintained and the piece is returned in it’s original condition with zero non-repairable damages. Also this exchange policy is not applicable for any chains.
