Shipping Policy:

Shipping charges: We offer free shipping for our products.
Timelines:
- For items in stock, the dispatch time is 3 to 5 working days.
- For items that are on pre-order or customized, they will take longer to dispatch based on the timeline mentioned. If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be dispatched separately.
Tracking: Details will be shared over email and Whatsapp, once the order is shipped.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on your geographic location.
Delivery time ranges between 15-25 days after dispatch depending on where you are located.
Custom Duties and Taxes for International Shipment: Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds are not accepted.
To aid with your purchase decision, we can provide with multiple pictures, details on dimensions and other relevant information.

In case of damages incurred at the time of delivery, you will have to send us a picture of the product along with order details within 2 days of delivery.
Post verification and confirmation from our team, the product needs to be sent back to us using reputed courier service within 3 working days. Shipping charges to return any item are at customers expense.
If the damage is irreversible, we will offer a you a free replacement of the same piece depending on the availability. If not, you can choose any other item of the same or higher value.
Our old silver jewellery can be exchanged for 50% of the Invoice value excluding taxes. This is only applicable on Gold Plated silver jewellery. We will also need an invoice copy.
No exchange on Italian chains.
