Pallavi is the quietest pendant in the Mirnalini collection — and perhaps the most captivating for it. A large teardrop rose quartz, carved with a single sweeping leaf motif, is encircled in a full halo of seed pearls that catch the light like morning dew. A slender gold cap holds the piece at the top, and a geometric gold bar drop hung with delicate pearl tassels brings a considered, architectural finish below.

All our pieces are made in 92.5 silver with 22k gold plating. We use semi-precious stones.

Standard Shipping:

• we provide worldwide shipping and it will be delivered within 15-25 business days from the date of dispatch.
• For International orders, the time of delivery varies with each country and their import and customs regulation.
• Any applicable Duties and taxes as per destination country and are to borne the customer.

Priority / Express Shipping:

• We can provide express shipping at extra cost, which will be shipped via UPS/BlueDart.

• Delivery is typically within 7-11 business days from the date of dispatch.

Important International Shipping Information

1.  Shipping charges are based on the shipping destination and the weight of the parcel. These charges are determined by the shipping company and include factors such as package weigh, customs clearance, and other variables.
2. All international shipments are packed after a quality check by Customs officials in India. The consignment will be inspected, scanned, and checked using X-ray and will be signed by the Customs department.
3. International orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Returns

• In case of damages incurred at the time of delivery, you will have to send us a picture of the product along with order details within 2 days of delivery.
• Post verification and confirmation from our team, the product needs to be sent back to us using reputed courier service within 3 working days. Shipping charges to return any item are at customers
  expense.
• If the damage is irreversible, we will offer a you a free replacement of the same piece depending on the availability. If not, you can choose any other item of the same or higher value.

In any other case which is not listed above, refunds, exchanges & Returns are not accepted
